  • Great view of the lake. Really fun play structure for the kids. Lots of green space and hills to play on. Try and find Thunder Bay's longest slide.
  • Great view of the giant. Easy to get around the construction.
  • The best place in town for a great view of the Sleeping Giant year round. Popular with families and fitness clubs. Great sliding hill in the winter.
  • Beautiful Outlook over the city and the beautiful sleeping giant with beautiful gardens and playground for kids and some events take place in summer such Canada day celebrations and even bagpipers playing.
  • Always love coming to Hillcrest park for the views of both the city and the Sleeping Giant. Highly recommend coming here for the sunrise views, as they are the best in the city. There is a play structure for kids, and lots of benches to sit and watch the view. My only complaint is there tends to be a fair bit of litter around the park.
