  • The tower and the first nations monument are absolutely beautiful. The battlefield is an oasis of nature in the middle of the city. There is also an 1812 house you can explore. It is a great place to ...  more »
  • We are local walking distance to this park so we can also see that there are lots of pokestops along the way and there is also a pike gym too. Our kids love the variety of programs held there as well ...  more »
  • Love to bring my dog here to run, unfortantly so do other people who do not clean up after their dogs. Love that it connects to trails. Climbing the stairs is always good exercise and the monument is beautiful. Museums are extremely boring and would never pay to go in but we love just walking the grounds. Parking isnt bad during the week or early in the mornings on weekends as long as there is no event going on.
  • Canadian National Historic Site. Keep an eye out for free museum tours. It's a very old house and they're trying their best to preserve it. Be careful not to touch the walls.
  • Absolutely beautiful park. The house itself is very well preserved and full of history. Even just to go for a walk around the grounds it's worth the visit.
  • This old time museum and park is a great place to share some history with the young ones. Well kept and preserved while keeping true to the historical nature of the site. If your looking for a great place to take wedding photos or simply a family picnic this place is at the top of my list.
  • It feels weird saying this but this is a great spot to play Pokemon Go!! There are 12 PokeStops and 2 Gyms. The place is buzzing with gamers!
