  • Small but quite interesting history of the railway in newfoundland. Small children will probably get bored with the exhibits but the model railway seems to hold their attention.
  • A fascinating trip into the history of Newfoundland, and the way that the NFLD railway interconnected previously isolated communities and promoted economic growth in Newfoundland during the 1900s!
  • In St John's for the weekend with work. Spent most of a day wondering around. Popped in the museum for an hour to have a look, great to see the history behind transport including ferries. Brittany was most helpful, especially with taking some photos of me outside the museum. Definitely worth a visit.
  • Great bit of history. This is where my friend Leo works. Give him a chat.
