Stawamus Chief Park, Squamish
(4.9/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Take in views of pristine surroundings as you hike one of the many trails at Stawamus Chief Park. The park spans for 5 sq km (1.9 sq mi) and takes visitors past mountains, trees, and lakes. Tackle The Chief trail to head to the park's main attraction, an impressive rock formation of the same name. • my son's hockey team went up the Chief and came down with Gondla. It took 2 hrs and 45 min. It was chalenging, but it worth it! the gondla ride was amaging to over see ocean and mountains.
  • It's a very steep hike up to the top but the views are worth it! The Chief is a huge granite dome that overlooks Squamish and the rewards for the hike is one of the best viewing platforms imaginable!
