  • Half way between Vancouver and Squamish is Porteau Cove Provincial Park. With ample parking just off of the Sea to Sky Highway (Highway 99) this is a great place to see expansive vistas of Howe Sound ...  more »

  • Porteau Cove is conveniently located off the Sea To Sky Highway just south of Squamish. It can be hard to book a camping spot but it's perfect for an evening photo shoot.  more »

  • Gorgeous views! We love going there for date nights and just chat while we enjoy amazing ocean and mountain views! Every time we go it's always been quiet as well, so it is a nice getaway from all the noise of the city!
  • This is a great place to relax and camping with family. Not far from Vancouver and close to Squamish, you can buy anything that you forgot to bring on camping lol. The campsite has spectacular ociean view, you can walk on the beach, swimming or boating/ kayaking. Even day trip from Vancouver you still enjoyable.
  • Great camping location with lots of spots on the waters edge. It was a little expensive in October, we had to pay $50 for a site and there was no option to reduce the price even though we didn't need/use the electricity. The sites are very close together so you will need to be very quiet at night.
  • One of the best places to go for a day out. Beautiful water, bbq pits and a great place to watch sunsets. I visit this place regularly and never get bored.
  • Nice quiet camp site with ocean views. Trains a bit annoying.
