  • Nice collection. Includes lots of fossils found in the area... also First Peoples artifacts and local history. There's an archive wing for local research. The patio behind the building has lots of pic...  more »
  • Been here a couple times. This place is unique and for a small town has a big museum. It has variety and some displays change. Kids will like it and visitors won't be disappointed.  more »

  • What a great find! We came to know about this museum after finding it as a location for receiving our Culture Pass. The receptionist Joylene has been very nice and helpful. While waiting for printout of our pass she provided information on different sections of the museum and upcoming activities. The museum takes you through the history of first nation and different towns of Bruce County. Lots of artifacts from old time and kids toys/activity section. Very neat place with very nice view of the lake and sitting area.
  • Excellent programs for the family. They host special events such as wine, beer and whiskey tasting nights and a wonderful New year's party. There is a gift shop and a coffee shop. Beautiful view and building.
  • Exhibits were nice but the receptionist was extremely rude even though I was trying to be pleasant and nice. Was not a warm welcoming and somewhat put a damper on things
  • Place looked alright but is littered with rude & prejudice staff that will make your visit the worst possible experience at a musuem you've ever had; Don't bother asking any questions because they will just ignore you and treat you like scum. Do not donate, pay admission or even think about visiting here, your dollar is not going in the right hands.
  • Wonderful place to visit for all ages. Great staff and many interesting exhibits.
