Informative, fun and relaxing at the same time. Seals have their meals at 11am and 4pm. Don't miss it! more »
Interesting exhibits and history. Not too crowded. Not much to do in this area so it was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon. more »
Soccer weekend in Tracadie-Sheila and drove to Shippigan to see Aquarium and lighthouse. Has a history section, lots of tanks with different fish, a seal tank and a touch tank. Worth the $24 family ra... more »
Nice activity for kids. They have a nice showcase of freshwater and seawater fishes, historical information, fishing information and a seal feeding show with an outdoor aquarium for seastars and other invertebrates. Not expensive for the amount of information/fun kids have. The only negative point is the fact they removed their fake boat cabin where kids could pretend to drive a fishing boat.
It's a nice small place but will likely leave you underwhelmed. There are some very interesting fish but the tanks are small and the only real experience is the seal pool With a small touch tank. We were done within an hour and took our time taking many pictures of each tanks.
Great place for familly activities. Lot of variety stuff during fest for kids. Have a guide that will talk about species and how they work with the possibility to touch some of them. And they have Seal in a pool, they gave them food and making some tricks.
We discovered this place randomly but it was amazing. Nice and clean aquarium with Live seal feeding
Animals are well taken care of. Staff is overall friendly. Great family activity.
