  • No matter what time of year, Greenland is a wonderful escape and you never know what treasure you'll find. Right now two indoor gardens take your SNOW blues away. Coffee and a scone with friends at Branches before checking out all the seeds now on sale. There is so much more to see, well worth spending a few hours browsing it's many nooks and crannies. You could come away with a beautiful scarf or brightly coloured primrose. Whatever gives your heart a lift.
  • What an amazing experience! I recently visited Greenland Garden Centre to see their Christmas selection and was blown away. The store was organized, neat and had an amazing selection of hundreds of different Christmas decor. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The store owner was on the floor and made sure that I chose items that matched and helped my tree to look cohesive. I also attended the Tree Trimming class and was impressed with the amount of knowledge and skill that was demonstrated by the women presenting. Overall I had a lovely experience and will for sure be going back next year!
  • Super friendly staff and a great selection of house and air plants! Prices were really good as well!
  • It was an amazing experience!! Very nice Christmas decors in Christmas time when we visited
  • Sunday February 11th 2018 minus 23 degree temperature WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I spent $96.55 on tropical plants and how they wrapped the plants as if it's summer time. I had asked the bleached blonde cashier to wrap the plants with plastic bag so it would seal the warm air after it's been wrapped on paper as the weather outside is pretty darn cold. Instead, she argued with me and end up using a grocery plastic bag to put the wrapped plants. My request fell on deaf ears! How much does it cost for a flimsy plastic bag, let's say it would cost 5 cents each with a total cost of 25 cents. This cost wouldn't create a dent on the money you just made from my purchase! This cashier needs training in customer service relations and common sense thinking. Furthermore, when they wrapped the plants in paper, they didn't even stapled the bottom which exposed the plants roots. This is by far the worst customer service I had experienced among greenhouses that I frequent in Edmonton and Sherwood Park. This is the 2nd worse visit i had in your greenhouse which gives me an indication your staff lacks people skills. previous visit Sunday Afternoon August 27th 2017 lots of new plants to choose got a mini bromeliad and Chinese evergreen this visit earned a 4 star rating Friday July 28th found some tropical plants I like they got new stock lots to choose from I finally got greeted by one of the staff while shopping around The lady at the till was very friendly an improvement in the area of customer service you earned an extra star on today's visit from previous 3 star to 4 star rating Previous visit The best thing here is their selection of tropical plants and sometimes they carry plants that are hard to find in other greenhouses They were voted as Canada's best greenhouse however I'm not sure how long ago this award as there is no specific year indicated What I've noticed in this place is the lack of customer service when asking for a specific plant. I get redirected to call another number where in fact I've dialled their main number for contact One would think whoever answered my call would take my name and number and get back to me once she has the information. I had a few exchanges of conversation with this person to no avail! I'm very disappointed and as a result I didn't renew my membership. In hindsight the yearly membership they offer is not worth it. You get 10% discount on regular priced item only Salisbury greenhouse has the best customer reward system where it's membership is Free and for every dollar purchase you get to accumulate an equivalent dollar amount discount on your next purchase.
