  • This giant lobster at the entrance to the town of Shediac represents well the tourist character of this place. Its marina and his wonderful "Parlee Beach" is represented in this giant lobster that attracts tourists. The photos are in order. It also represents the aspect fisherman in the region.

  • The lobster festival is a tourist trap - beware! "Cheap" lobster for 10$/lb? Seriously? That same quality lobster costs 6.99$/lb in Montreal, just as tasty!!! This was the first time I went for the lobster festival and it will be my last time. Enjoy gouging tourists while you can, it won't last long. People will realize they're being ripped off. All the restaurants are extremely expensive, and the local motel owners will always refer you to their friends.
  • My kids loved climbing all over the lobster and posing for pictures on it. Nice area and several little shops around the area. It is made for tourists but it is a friendly place.
  • Well. Perfect postcard picture! Great souvenir shops around. Huge parking
  • Great experience. Beautiful area, lots of shops close by and clams and chips just down the road!
  • Great to have something for families to take a picture of. Huge sculture
