  • Good campsite on a beautiful lake side location. A small supermarket in the nearby town which is pretty good. A lot of mosquitoes at the end of June,  more »
  • Arrived on a Tuesday. Beach was deserted, however there were a few campsites that were occupied. Park staff very friendly and had exceptional customer service. Spectacular views, but it appears the pa...  more »
  • Get in early as this is a popular campground and the only public campground for a long ways. Lots of trees so can be chilly. Great beach and bbq areas.  more »
  • Would have been nice if they had sprayed for mosquitoes. They were awful!!! Other then that pretty good. Oh also free fire wood would be nice.
  • Visited the beach. Has washroom/change rooms, lots of parking, playground, greenspace, sandy beach and lots of waterfront. Great for kids. We did fight mosquitoes while there.
  • Excellent park, lots of water-sports available and the campground really good. Make sure you get reservations if you want to stay. Mosquitoes can be bad.
  • Great campground site with many beautiful trees and nature surrounding your site! Private site. BUT the rules of the campground will legit suck all your energy as they watch your like hawks! Generators only aloud from 9-11am and 6-8pm The fire has to be a certain size and they come around to bug you about it constantly Youre not aloud to pick little branches on the ground for your fire and the wood pieces have to be a certain size No hookups so youll drain your rv battery because 4 hours of generators is crazy Dogs not aloud on the beach Not aloud to walk around with a beer And its goes on and on.... For people like me who usually do bush camping this was quite an adjustment to settle in! Ohhh and the mosquitoes are out of control my daughter looks like she got into a war zone fight! Anyways just thought i put it out there!
  • Lots of area for kids to ride bikes, playground, beach and nature walk. Shady sites for the most part and you can double up if needed.
