The portion of the Park of the St-Daniel sector accepts dogs but access is so limited that it is not worth choosing this place if you go out with your dog. 2 trails accept dogs and is 16 km on the bike path, dogs must stay outside during registration and do not have access to the beach. The camping is very correct (sands camping) but a unbearable smell of pig manure spreading persisted throughout the sector St-Daniel of the Park throughout our stay. The tourbière(5km) which looks interesting not accessible to dogs.

We chose this park for two days of camping because we were allowed entry with our dog. They directed us to the St-Daniel sector and have allocated us a location in the Bay of the moon. This site has a fifty pitches very well isolated from each other. These are distributed along a great circle and services are in the Center. Even though our site was located about 50 feet from the great Lake St-François, it was not possible to take advantage of the Bank. To do this, you have to walk up to access public need 8 kms of road of gravel for if make from the receptions of the sector St-Daniel. It is possible to borrow the beautiful trails that penetrate into the undergrowth. Positives: camping in the wilderness and tranquility. We liked least more expensive than the average prices: $ 123 for two people for two nights with access to water and electricity. you have to pay a dollar for a shower... However, staff is friendly and helpful.

We rented a huttopia for big tent weekend of September in the southern sector in the Bay Wild camping. The tent is great and very functional. There are many outlets for electricity, a heater, a round 2 stove, a table for 4 people inside, 4 chairs for the fire and plenty of space. We were 2 adults, but the tent sleeps 4 adults. Apart from a few surprises small animals at night, all was well. The Park is very well, really directed toward families. We have made the ascent of the massif of winslow. Hike from 2:30 (we had a good pace) which is easy enough until you arrive at ascension. It goes up and the trail is quite hilly. We're also going to St-Daniel sector to enjoy the beach and bike tracks.
