  • Stayed here in 2005. Bathrooms were clean. Thought a view of the bay would be nice, hardly slept all night due to the sound of trains and jake brakes. Handy location off the highway.
  • A really good place to stay. I went with a tent and there are a lot of spots and they are good. You have access directly to the big park to go walking. The employees are friendly. Nice place to go
  • Nice grounds, close to Halifax. The washrooms were not very clean, but were nicely set up and the showers were free. The ground is very hard though, so not great for tenting
  • This campsite had been a family tradition of ours for over 4 generations. The campsite is basic but is clean and well maintained. Located on top of a small mountain in Saint John.
  • As can be seen from the satellite photos it's a very open campground kind of like a parking lot. That can be overlooked by the fact that Rockwood Park itself is amazing. There are endless hiking and mountain biking trails. Lots of lakes to explore and best of all pretty much in the middle of the city. The park is huge, they say the largest urban park in Canada. Check it out, if your an outdoors person you won't be disappointed.
