  • We went as a family, the geese at cap tourmente. It was with these beautiful fall colors and a person present on the site, allows you to get answers to questions about these magnificent birds.

  • I came to visit the national reserve of cap Tourmente wildlife to perform many walks and my surprise was total when at the information centre, the charming woman explained to me that there are about 30,000 wild geese who were currently on the banks of the St. Lawrence. And well, the show was wonderful as a friendly guide explained to me a lot of very informative information.

  • National reserve which offers 20 km of trails for birding especially. The wild geese make a stop in their migration to warm. We can observe them with glasses and get information by the guards of the reserve.

  • Best time to go is in October to witness the migration of the snow geese. It truly is a magnificent spectacle. Excellent facilities and trails with helpful and knowledgeable guides.
  • Nice park. Right place to see winter goose (and bears, if lucky)!
  • The parc we went for bird watching turned to be emptier than a regular beach (we didn't see a bird). Not worth the entrance fee at the time we went.
  • Something to do around QC QC off the beaten path. Be wary of mosquitoes and black bears though. Unless that's your thing.
