  • Great hotel, clean and luxurious. The children loved the Bora Park. Only downside, the Safari restaurant... slow and expensive service for a regular meal.

  • We have been in the indoor water park and it was great, there was not a lot of people and so we could do all the attractions as much as we wanted to. The Park is well guarded with the scores of lifeguards, it's reassuring for children who can play only at the time.

  • Hello Trippies My family really enjoyed Valcartier outdoor water park. It was quite clean and nicely laid out. We went during the week so it wasn't busy. On weekends I'm told it's shoulder to shoulder...  more »

  • Awesome camping resort! So many activities to choose from... nicest RV campground we've been to so far in our across Canada RV trip. There is a tractor pulled trolley that takes you around the huge campground resort and down to the water park & village. This place has all the amenities you could ask for. It would be easy to stay a whole week without running out of things to do or see.
  • Rude Staff and Terrible customer service We were a group of nine friends from Toronto, Montreal,Halifax and decided to go for camping to Village Valcartier for Canada Day long weekend. We were sent out from the camping tents late in the mid night and were offered to stay in their super expensive hotel just because we were loud while playing beer pong. I completely agree, we were loud and we did ask for an apology and stopped playing immediately . They came back to us after an hour or so while we were just having conversations among ourselves outside the camping tents. We were threatened to vacate the camp sites right away otherwise they are going to call the police. Though we tried to understand, requested staff to ask what did we even do send us out from the camping area they have called the police. Even the police did not try to understand anything from our end instead they asked to leave the site and just do whatever the staff says. Also to mention, their staff used abusive language. We were given two options by their hotel manager, either we leave the camp site, sleep on roads and come back next day at 7 am to pick up our belongings or just stay at their super expensive hotel.I still do not understand if we were so loud and disturbing other why did their manager offered us rooms in their hotel? We had to pay $460 for a dorm in their hotel to sleep for 5 hrs because there was nothing around or taxis go somewhere else. Really a bad experience and never going back again. Thank you Village Val Cartier Staff for treating us like criminals. Once again, terrible staff and bad customer service.
  • Brand New hotel. So everything was very nice. Water parks are really fun and well themed. Some of the ticketing options don't make sense, but hopefully they will review that. All staff were pretty good and happy to help.
  • We went to the indoor water park and the Safari restaurant. I was very impressed with the park, it was well run and well designed. Dinner was good and our server was lovely but we got forgotten a bit at the end of our meal.
  • Loved it! We went there on March break and there is so much to do. We went to the water park, ice hotel and went skating. Such a lovely place. You can rent skates there in case you didn't bring any. There's also a tobagen. What I found surprising in a good way we had dinner at the safari restaurant and the food was Delicious! To be honest did not expect that but it was yummy none the less. Highly recommend you visit in the winter.
