  • Traveled in an organized group within the business, primarily interested in hydroelectric power station. Visited the dam, near the water main, near the building of hydroelectric power stations and in Control Panel on the station itself. Machine room can be viewed from the Control Panel, in the Turbine Hall are not allowed and cannot be photographed. Beautiful station, a monument to science and technology, the beginning of the 20th century, many of the mechanisms are preserved in their original form. With the dam offers wonderful review on the Gorge, second point inspection waterfalls-lower building hydroelectric power station, on the opposite bank of the River (arranged passage). There is also a memorial house where HES staff maintained at the 1920-ies.

  • Very nice ride away from Chalets-village. Many markets down. .. .and up. But it is really worth the cost! What a view!

  • A great and not very busy park. A great walking trail goes along the waterfalls and gives a lot of beautiful viewpoints, each viewpoint gives the feeling you're looking on a different waterfall. The park also includes a short guidance at the dam and at the hydro-electric power-station - very interesting, especially when the guides are very enthusiastic.. The trails are about 5km long and include some stairs. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed it!
  • Closed forever per the ranger at the gate
