I had an amazing experience with my friends at Extreme Air Park. It was so much fun. The washrooms were really clean and nice. There was plenty of room to change and lockers to put our things in so I ... read more »
Extreme Air park is the most Extreme workout ever. I heard a lot about this place from my friends and finally went. There are so many trampolines. My GF said they just put in all new pads and they really glowed when the black lights come on. They have nice change rooms and I was able to change into gym cloths and lock my stuff up. The facility is really nice, nicer than any gym I have been to and the place was spotless. There were little kids jumping but there are so many activities and so many trampolines that there was ample space for everyone to have fun. What a workout. The trampolines are so springy and I was able to get some serious air. The staff were friendly and their guy Tyler showed me a couple tricks. For $20 we jumped for an hour and a half and was well worth it. All in all a first class facility. I will be returning very soon
The staff is brutally rude and don't care about people. This place has fallen apart over the years as it seems the owner only cares about money. Misleading pricing on web site mandatory purchase of $3 socks each visit. NO WATER fountains seriously. They even charge you a service fee if your using your debit card. There's a board full of rules but people do what they want because there is no staff that supervises. Well the only good thing is the kids got some exercise. Will find alternative place to take the family.
First of all the place is quite dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting and the changing area was a mess. But it also doesn't seem totally safe. They turn off the lights near the foam pit area sometimes and my little kid fell in and then couldn't see how to get out. I left my drivers license with the front desk in exchange for a lock for the lockers. We forgot to pick it up before leaving. My husband went to pick it up in person and was told it was in the manager's office but they weren't in office at the time. I've called - they do not answer their phones - and emailed numerous times to get it back but no response. Highly frustrating! And what is up with their copy/paste responses to comments below? So dismissive, and bad business and PR strategy. I teach PR and will use this in my case studies of how not to treat your customers.
I need to warn others. We had a kids birthday party there yesterday. The cost was over 200 dollars for a couple of hours. Some non so great pizza and ice cream cake. BTW, the ice cream cake comes with a tasteless advertisement sprayed right over the top leaving very little room for your child's name to go. Call me crazy but your stupid ad on the cake I just bought isnt going to encourage me to go there again. Now, non of what I listed above made me sit and write this. This did: THERE IS NO WATER FOUNTAIN. This is a place you jump and sweat, big time and you are not allowed to bring drinks with you, not supplied cups to share the drinks you purchase. There is no sink to refill the water bottle you buy from the machine. They took away that sink apparently. You go to speak with the staff and they can do nothing but apologize for the a##hole owners decisions. You're ONLY option is buying water at 2.50$ a small from the machine. So, be warned. This family will not be returning. Ever.
We took our Scouts Canada troop here for a year-end trip, a group of about 14 scouts. Upon arrival, we discovered that even though this is an indoor fitness facility where people work hard and sweat, that there is absolutely no drinking water available. Nowhere on their website do they mention this, and so our scouts didn't come prepared with the $3 they charge for a plastic bottle of water. After 2 hours of jumping, many of our scouts were badly dehydrated and forced to drink water from the automated taps in the public bathroom (which was filthy, by the way). I find it absolutely deplorable that they choose to profit from plastic water bottles over keeping the kids using their facility healthy and hydrated, especially for such a hot indoor gym! For a company who touts themselves as promoting fitness and health, I find it incredibly hypocritical to put profit before hydration. Give your head a shake, this place is for kids and you're denying them the water they need to exercise safely!
