Went with several children, aged 10-13 years old. They enjoyed the trampolines, the Hampsters balls and the Foam pit. The kids were played out by all the physical exertion. There are two viewing areas...  more »

One of my nephew worked here last week and it was the worst experience of his life. He has had multiple jobs but he said this place treat employees like a piece of meat. They even threatened to not pay him for the hours he worked and just straight up fired him, the arrogant person in charged was name JUSTIN and he was constantly flirting with this small Asian girl. Truly unprofessional, people applying for this store BEWARE. They will make you clean like a dog, no wonder they are constantly hiring new people. I will ensure this get posted to social media and that no one I know will be coming to this location ever AGAIN. Please go to APEX trampoline and you will have employees there that actually care about you.

ZSBC hosted an event at the Richmond location on afternoon of April 30th and the staff at the facility were extremely accommodating, organized and helpful. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Ian for helping with all the information and for processing our group so quickly and efficiently. Also, thank you to Bruce, Ana and the other staff we ran across in passing who helped us with whatever we needed to host a successful event. See you folks in the near future! Thank you for everything. Ki:)

To much to clearly state here but advice. If you have a party here. 1. Clarify that you do not want to get stuck in a tiny room for max 10 with like 15 people. 2. Workout a price. 3. Carefully make sure that you are not getting over charged, they do like to use the "we don't give refunds" line. They are confused on the whole refund policy I paid for a group party and was shorted 2 badges and socks I believe they gave them to other children not in my group. I repaid for the missing socks after a lengthy conversation because I did not want the children to be just waiting. Long and short of it was they would not take responsibility for giving the socks to someone else and would not count how many people were actually attending the party we were overcharged 40$ on the day of. And lastly 4. Do not use the coffee machine in the parents room a patent told me they got got chocolate and it spewed out water and once again front desk response was we "don't give refunds" . Kids really like this place, and my group did have fun! This was only a parent perspective.

Had heard about it, and checked their website. I saw that they had a "Mom & Tot" jump on weekday mornings. The wording on the website is "VALID SCHOOL DAYS ONLY starting at 10am and again at 11am. Tots jump for free when mom (or dad) pay to jump. Tot must be 5 and under." The wording explicitly says that "tots jump free" and the adult pays full price. However this is not true. Only one tot per adult is free, and therefore we had to pay full price for one of our twins. That's not "tots jump for free." Not cool at all. This on top of the fact that they have the parent/tot jump first thing in the morning and the place hasn't been heated yet. It's freezing. Not exactly appropriate for bringing kids to. It might be fun for those with one kid, but those of us with two, it's not worth the price for toddlers.

All 5 start ratings are garbage! It's all to get free admission. If you are celebrating, bring the party to water mania next door it's less than 1/4 of the price + adults will enjoy it as well + there are no time limits. This place cheats you down to WATER having to cost as much as it does. Take every 5 star with a grain of salt. Bad experience from staff didn't just start now. Oh btw I'm expecting them to reply to this with the generic 3 paragraph copy and paste. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Reply: i don't waste time on google reviews unless the place Is complete trash that I would make the time to rate it. And yes. Your establishment is complete trash, as well as your cocky attitude while replying to everyone on here. AGAIN ALL 5 star ratings are fake as F... For free admission. CAUTIONS EVERYONE

Where to stay in Richmond

Many travelers visit Richmond on their way to or from Vancouver International Airport, so the city's accommodations cater primarily to visitors in transit. Bridgeport Road, which leads directly to the airport, offers the best selection, with comfortable but rather dull chain hotels offering a clean, comfortable place to rest before a long flight. If you're looking for something with a bit more character, head to Blundell Road to choose from a range of independent guesthouses and bed and breakfasts.
