  • What a fiasco at Casino Rama during the Sunday long weekend. We checked into the hotel and decided to try and get some lunch. Every restaurant was packed from noon until 10:00 pm. There was no way we ...  more »
  • My wife and I, and another couple went to the casino for a few hours on the slots, dinner and a show. The dinner we had in the Buffet restaurant was very very good. A tremendous variety and everything...  more »

  • We spent a couple of days at Rama to celebrate my birthday. We have been here many times and always have fun. This time was a little different as I was on crutches and not able to get around as quickly as I normally do. I was very appreciative as to how many people went out of their way to make it easier for me. From the room near the elevator, to the people asking if I need a wheelchair and the many "what did you do's" it was all appreciated. I would like to give a shout out to one of the cleaners named Annamaria who on several occasions came over with a chair to put my leg up, great customer service!!!! The only down part on this trip was Cedar's restaurant. The food was definitely not up to par with the fish and chips bathed in oil and the blackened trout way over seasoned. We will definitely be back :-)
  • For someone who has been going to Casino Rama for a couple of years now, I feel not very welcomed. I do not mean the floor staff who work there each day but who makes the decisions. I have more points then I have every had but do not get offered the same concerts I did a year or two ago. I was told today you do not do a "Interested List" anymore for people who were not offered a concert but hope they might closer to the date. Why are the coupons for food only for the buffet and not the $40.00 for any of the restaurants as they have always been. Was not impressed by your new buffet. The photo on your flyer made it look like you were doing Sushi. There was only one kind when I was there and it had no taste. Why are you keeping the pies in the silver pie plates they come in, to be hacked instead of being plated like they used to be. I had to try and cut it and balance it over a plate of cookies you had on the counter in front of the pie dish to get it to my plate. Big bowl of powdered sugar donuts getting hard. Does anyone but kids like them? Also my husband who does not play as much as me is offered a Birthday gift just last month. For the last two Sept. I have been offered $10 or $15 free play, It is not the same. I am offered free play at a few casinos, it is nice to be offered a gift in your Birthday month. I think if you want people to come more often you "Management" could do a better job.
  • Great place to get away, even as a mini vacay. Great service, great restaurants. The Casino is so much fun and they know how to make great drinks; White Russian being my ultimate favorite...I highly recommend it!! And down the road from the hotel we were able to visit the Beautiful Reserve. It is gorgeous and so picturesque, I recommend driving down and visiting that as well when you go to the Rama!
  • I came here with my wife to see the Terry Fator show and it was fantastic. This guy is truly talented. I don't gamble at all so I can't comment on that. But I ate at the Cedar restaurant and the food was great and the server was very professional and quick. I'll definitely visit again to see other shows.
  • We were at Casino Rama for a dinner gathering. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and accommodating. The food was quite good and served in a reasonable time. The cost was reasonable and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Overall very good experience.
