  • Great Museum and extremely family friendly. Free coat check is always a plus when travelling with children and especially during the Winter months. I have bought our family memberships for the past two years and have not been disappointed with their expositions, yet. I recommend bringing a lunch for you and your gang, unless a $10 salad or sandwich is of interest to you. There are microwaves downstairs and you can heat up your lunch for the family without any hassles. I do recommend stopping by during the summer as their terrace is really quite enjoyable on a nice sunny day.
  • Great history. Wish it were larger. The 3d movie is very well done.
  • You are in a heritage home where you can learn to appreciate Canada's story. Amazing pieces from hundred of years ago. The short film facing Champlain was also a neat way to learn about history.
  • A must see. Spectacular history lesson to be had here.
  • It was cute, but probably better for kids. Mostly old artifacts dug up in the area and a preview of what life was like then.
