  • I loved my visit to the market of Christmas German of old Quebec. There are 2 places to visit that are next to each other (there is only a few steps to do and move in front of the Notre-Dame-de-Québec Basilica.) I've eaten all kinds of German specialties. Among other things, a small baguette bread which he had previously removed a bit of Crumb in the centre then closed... then they fill it with cheese fondue and finally puts a spicy German sausage... Menoum it was good. I also tried their superb Belgian waffle that is as light as a cloud. God it was good. The next day I went back and tasted great hot spicy red wine... very nice when you're outside and it's cold. Late afternoon I have dinner in their restaurant cabin where we served great food... me I had chosen sausages and sauerkraut... very good! There are plenty of things to see. -Shows puppets for toddlers and caravans of creation. -Outdoor Fireplace - shops of linens, typically German sleds, products to eat, decorations etc. There is so much to see. I suggest you visit not to be missed!

  • What a great idea that this market Christmas in front of City Hall. Beautiful gathering place with a typical choir of the holiday season. Sweets, mulled wine, cinnamon smell, very nice idea.
