  • From the entrance of the Museum, it is immersed in the history of CANADA and of Quebec City. The representation is sometimes in French, sometimes in English. The guide is very clear and introduced the Visual explanation made specific and living by the model of the fighting.

  • Worth a visit, is in the old town and close to other attractions. Have a very busy restaurant at the bottom.

  • We were with our 17-year-old girl and trying to find a great activity to do during a day of rain. Despite the fact that we have visited Quebec City several times it was the first visit to this museum. It's a show sound and light for 30 minutes on different battles of Quebec. Not too long for teens and very informative show.

  • Excellent animated diarama to focus your tour of Québec City. For all ages. An essential concise military history of the early part of the last 400 years.
  • Great little museum!! This is the perfect place to start your trip to Quebec. It is a simple diorama of the city and surrounding area, in a sit down theater. They narrate the history of the city with clever lighting and special effects. Truly Unique exhibit well worth admission price. It is a great way to get a feel for the city landscape and historical context. Very kid friendly. The museum is upstairs, there is an unrelated coffee shop downstairs which share a common entrance. Often the line out the door is for seating to the restaurant, not the museum. So don't forget to Ask
  • Simply brilliant way to tell a historical story about Quebec and the surrounding area through models, lighting and great visuals. Great value for money as under tens were free.
  • Awesome show explains Quebec's history
  • I thought that this was the best way to start our visit to Quebec. This is a basement sized diorama integrated with sound and lights. It provides an excellent visualization of the terrain , the location of the city and the tactics used in the battle. I would see this museum first to get a good idea of the 1759 battles that were fought here. Also, it makes a great resting spot after you have climbed the escarpment to the Chateau Frontiac square. Shame on you who take the funicular!
