  • Various activities are offered for all ages and all tastes throughout the year; manufacture of bread, geo-rally, guided tours, visits free, different crafts... Than pleasure throughout the year! Call before you go can really help (whether for schedule or activities). I participate regularly in their activities and I've never been disappointed.

  • This building is fascinating and good state of conservation. Ignoring intense traffic at this intersection is squarely a travel in time. I hope think schools of the corner to exit school in this stunning location

  • We went for the guided tour of the Trait-Carré at the Journées de la Culture last September. However, can be visited independently because, all along the course several interpretive panels including a plan of a surveyor drawn in 1779. I had already made the visit in an autonomous manner but, it's really more interesting with a guide *. The cadastre in the form of square was designed by the Jesuits in 1665. It is unique in America. At the time, it was the path surrounding the municipality of the village of Charlesbourg. Along its path, magnificent ancestral homes, the town's Park, the cross and the memorial for families near the library, the beautiful church of Saint-Charles-Borromée, Ephraim-Bédard, Pierre Lefebvre, Magella-paradise houses and art galleries. Also nearby, the mill of the Jesuits, the fudge the sweets and chocolates favorites. Do not miss in December * Christmas in the Trait-Carré *, a lineup with many activities including a tournament of hockey boots, walking with torches... Trait-Carré, a stunning to discover location. * For the guided tour ($), you must report to the mill of the Jesuits. For the Journées de la Culture, the tour was free.
