  • Great place to stop and take a break, or to have lunch. The park is quite interesting. The beach is a nice place to rest.
  • Beautiful spot to stop while traveling the Crowsnest on a sunny day! The day use area is gorgeous and I love stopping for a swim on a long drive.... Although, wearing flip flop sandals on the hill you walk up and down can be risky if you're clumsy like me LOL
  • A good place for a swim during a long drive from the coast if it's a hot day. Basic BC parks outhouses, and good picnic tables.
  • Lots of wasps in the picnic area. BCParks really needs to find a way to deal with the problem in their day use areas.
  • Beautiful section of the river, close to the road, but still a great area. Saw some fly fisherman catching some trout when we were there last...
