After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive, but we were 2 to visit this park the day of the eclipse and everything went well. Of course there was between 20 minutes and 1 hour of waiting for sliding but it was an exceptionally hot day then... There are lots of toilets and they were not if sales for the goodwill, beautiful slides to thrills and well organized... I would gladly!

Beautiful day in the super aqua club with my teenager and my spouse. Everything for all tastes, but we toured quickly. For a beautiful Sunday afternoon, I found that it was not too crowded. Small suggestion for the administration; pass the brooms on the paved areas: rocks in the feet it is never nice, but nothing to ruin my day. More smiling rescuers could also make a difference in the experience.

In general, if we had not had an incident, we would have been excited about the site. Personally, it was the first time that I was going to a place like this. I was with my two sons and daughter-in-law. They had fun and were anxious to do a first slide to 4. One seemed interesting and we decided to try it at 4. It was the scirocco (a slip in form of tunnel). We are mounted with our tube and slide. Attended our second run, my heart stops, there is a tube that blocks the tunnel in a perpendicular manner as a X taking the entire space. I was scared, I screamed, my most old, back to the danger turns slightly and it is at this time that we foncons directly in it and that my son receives it behind the head before coming close to mine! Arriving at the bottom, we say to the young man who took care of this slide. He said that he already knew because we were not the first to tell him! It's a joke? No one has blocked this slide? The incident could be a big deal and you do nothing? He answers us there not walkie talkie to tell the girl at the top so that it blocks the slide time of release and avoid three other groups of 4 for risk of injury! We are talking with a young lady who told us that if we complain we must go to the customer service. What we have done. I was thinking that a child less or less strong than my son could have been seriously injured. I filled out a report... Feeling that the employees all minimized the effect... It was my first slip to life and I was able to squeeze in another for the rest of the day. We talked to a responsible person who wanted to have our version of the facts. My daughter-in-law asked if we have a compensation any so that we remain with a positive image of our experience. He smiled, surprised! He wondered why. I would add that when we offer good service to the customers, we try to please our customers, especially when an unfortunate event happens to them because they lacked professionalism, of judgment and of DISCERNMENT! He said: don't worry, I'll call you tomorrow or in two days to give you news of what we can do for you to compensate for the inconvenience. No calls for two weeks. I raise by email, not return either email... Pathetic, really. I wish you nothing untoward, because they care a bit! More: several toilets were locked so that one place or we could go. Prices works by size... I wish you to have children too big for their age!

Lots of slides but the water is really cold. There is a cute little beach too. Could do with a little updating.

Been there a total of 5 times, enjoyed it every time. The slides are great, especially the tornado (requires 4 people). There is some distance between slides which requires a bit of walking (would not recommend walking barefoot as the asphalt is pretty rough). The washrooms are pretty damp, guess it's a given since its at a waterpark. There's a beach as well.

Awesome place, they allow coolers and have areas for family and picnic. Slides are fun, especially the 4-person Tornado slide. It's hard to choose between here and Sauveur.

The fake tattoos are fun. The parking is dusty and hot!

Lockers, bar and bathrooms centrally located. No lines.
