  • It's a beautiful ski resort. During snow season, there are stores and restaurants open and it rocks. Never too busy. Really friendly people. In the off-season, there isn't much. They have a few weeken...  more »
  • We did not know what to expect and the entire visit was "over the top". Who knew about the paddle wheeler on the lake ? passengers and freight, too bad it's gone.
  • Nice ski hill with lots to offer all levels of skiers. A great family getaway. Stay at the hill or in Penticton (only ~35km from town).

  • Wanna be a better boarder or skier? Come check out this mountain. Steep, challenging, lots of fun. Really laid back atmosphere and NEVER busy... especially weekdays. However, with regards to Paul Domansky's comment about Christmas not being busy... I was forced to wait up to 93 seconds to get on the lift once... haha. Mountain staff have bent over backwards to be helpful. Not sure about bunny hills and rentals... If you have your own equipment and some level of comfort on your planks or board, this will be an awesome mountain for you. The Edge Bistro has the best sandwiches and hot chocolate and is one of the best priced, staffed and quality food places at any mountain I've been to. Sometimes the conditions are a bit hard & icy but this year has been phenomenal! Just go for it! Love it...
  • While visiting Penticton for a reunion, we decided to drive around and check out some of the attractions. We had time to kill so we decided to check out Apex. Though probably not the best time of year to go..... the view was incredible! Wonderful fresh air and vistas.... I want to come back and try the skiing!
  • Awesome mountain! Well maintained with fun runs for beginner & intermediate, with challenging runs for the pro's! Love the village & the Gunbarrel poutine!
  • I may be a bit bias because I patrol here but I love this hill. It isn't huge but has some amazing terrain. Lots of nice steep runs that will keep your knees burning all day long.
  • Every run has completely different terrain. High speed quad chair. Amazing 360 view from peak.
