  • This is a small but informative museum. It is well worth the stop if you are driving by and it is even worth a detour if you are not. Parrsboro is in a beautiful area in Nova Scotia. We drove this way...  more »

  • Very knowledgeable. Shame you can no longer keep what you find. You are not even supposed to be able to take fossils up to museum for identification. Sad!
  • Not very big, but the kids loved it. Also there was a reptile show there when we went but I am not sure if that is a regular thing or not.
  • Very informative! Military members get in for free.
  • Really nice place to go with kids (or adults). Learn about rocks, ancient animals and more
