  • Great experience! Quality of cheese is exceptional. Really enjoyed the self guided tour & sampling cheese. Good place to bring guests from out if town, really good for families and easy to find.  more »

  • Seemed like a nice family fun place. We came for the fresh milk but it was being pasteurized. Shame we drove all the way from Victoria!.
  • A great place for family fun! A delicious cafe for lunch, and a fun petting zoo for the kids. There's a very informative tour as well. Don't forget to stop in the store for cheese and wine samples!
  • The seasonal "calfé" is my new go-to lunch spot. Incredible sandwiches, beautiful surroundings, and awesome and amazing people who work here who amazingly open up their farm to the public free of charge. Our kids love this place and talk about it all the time. This place is a true blessing to the community and we're grateful it's here.
  • Love LOVE LOVE! bring a milk jug to fill your own and take home! So awesome.
  • Not many farm stocks as I expected. Cafeteria is nice, fresh milk served. Wine tasting is good.

Where to stay in Parksville

Most accommodations in the town center look over the Strait of Georgia. Here, along Island Highway, you'll find primarily chain hotels, resorts, and motels offering clean and comfortable lodgings within walking distance of the town's amenities. If you want to enjoy the region's pristine nature, you can find more interesting accommodations just east down the highway, around the border of Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park. Beach resorts with swimming pools, quaint holiday cottages, and secluded forest retreats provide easy access to both the beach and the national park.
