  • Enormous building, heavy and cold, with a huge atrium and beautiful: If you don't want to do the guided view at least enter the Atrium, is free. The guided tour is free, English or French, is for those who have an interest in the law and how they organized advanced countries in this area from which we have to learn a lot. Going to the rear of the building you can enjoy a beautiful view on this beautiful and clean city.
