  • You needed a bed? Go to this Comfort Inn. You want a hotel with amenities, find some other location. Rates normally come with breakfast but unless you are a fan of processed scrambled eggs and waffles, then skip the breakfast. There's no exercise facilities to speak of, unfortunately. Rate can be a bit high for what they deliver but since it's closer to downtown, then it will be popular. Customer service is bland.
  • We visited today, Jan 11, 2017 and the place is full of snow.. it snowed so much yesterday plus the snow that accumulated this Winter... but despite the snow hubby and I, still enjoyed walking around the park and was able to snap beautiful photos of the locks, counted 8 of them from where we were standing. Also got an amazing photo of the frozen River. It is both our 1st times here in Ottawa and we are very impressed how beautiful the city is! We are already planning our next visit in the summer.
  • Breath taking view. Loved here. So beautiful
  • Beautiful Park. Overlooks the Ottawa River, Gatineau, great for Yoga, Running. Beautiful evening stroll to see the setting sun. Near the Chateau Laurier, National Gallery of Canada, Notre Dame, Sussex, the Byward Market, Rideau Centre. Must See Park in the Capital.
  • Beautiful and well maintained. Great view of Parliament, the locks, and river. Good Pokémon hunting ;)
