  • Expensive parking. Over priced food and drink. Great cash grab for the owner. Not very affordable for a family of four.  more »
  • We had a great time at the Senators-Blue Jackets game on December 29, 2017. The crowd was respectful (no obscenities!), and we met a local who knows the game of hockey and loves her Senators. It is od...  more »
  • Always a fun time at the home of the Ottawa Senators. The building and the location is underrated. Fans have all they need, parking, restaurants.  more »

  • It is far for great entertainment. 20$ for parking with a big welcome to an event is high on a middle class budget. I will say that I am impress with the variety among their concessions. They have your favourites from Hot dogs to even Kale Salad. They have the Bell Club that you will be treated like a V.I.P. Except for little issues, I love going and being a part of world class sport and entertainment. You should experience it. Have a great time.
  • I understand the insane markup on food and drinks. But I don't understand the poor quality of each. If you pay $20, you'd assume a decent quality and amount of food, but instead you end up with a tray half full of cold kettle chips and 2 egg rolls cut in half and advertised as 4 egg rolls. Combine that with $15 for a beer (before tip) and $20 just to park I have to say I'm pretty glad I didn't pay for the ticket and it instead came free with a purchase at a local store. This was a seriously disappointing experience. The staff was pretty nice, though.
  • As far as arenas go... this one is average. Unfortunately it is home to a below average hockey team this season. In order to keep seating prices high they cover a portion of the seats in tarps. Interesting attempt at increasing revenue or profits.... definitely not one taught in econ 101. At least in the future the Sens will move closer to downtown which should really help fill the seats.... tarped or not.
  • Great experience at the rink and fun by all except we were extremely disappointed at the ledger restaurant. We just got there and where told that we only have a half hour to eat. But had no dinner tickets. The food for the kids was cold. We had to ask 3 times for the drinks The servers were unorganized. The bill had some discrepancies. And we were charged 15% for gratitudes for poor service. At the end of the day we are an average family who enjoy going out from time and we all as a family feel ripped off for 120+ for rushed service and poor quality food in under 30minutes.
  • Great atmosphere. Can be a little challenging for people with mobility issues that are not overtly apparent. The event staff were friendly and informative.
