  • Saw two Garth Brooks concerts here in April. It's an awesome arena. Very clean and modern. We tried two restaurants there and the food in both places was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's...  read more »
  • Great venue for concerts, easy to access, lots of public transportation to events, not a bad seat in the house
  • First time to see an ice hockey game, very exciting, good to see that it's a great family attraction, quite a lot of humour, plenty of food and drink available.
  • Great center. Far out from orleans, quite a hile to get there. A lot of walking to do if you are late for a hockey game..
  • I really like this arena, not only because it's close to home or the great hockey games(Go Sens Go) I have watched nor the concerts I have been to but it really is an iconic place that has stood it's test of time and people have gone through many emotions! From watching backstreet boys over a decade ago to watching Kevin hart last year was amazing! Drinks and food are super overpriced and the ticketing line is really disorganized for big events and thus a well deserved 4 star!
  • Staff were very unhelpful. I overheard some making fun of fans by directing them to the wrong sections then laughing about it as they turned their back. Poorly designed, the concourse is more cramped than a mosh pit, vendors are spaced way too far apart, and there are far too few gates from which to enter. That said some people who work there do take pride in their jobs and do great work, unfortunately they are the exceptions, not the rules.
  • AWFUL experience. This had been the second time attending a Sens hockey game and this will be the last - thankfully I didn't pay for neither and got both tickets free. The experience was horrid!! The food within the entire Centre is wretched! The prices are sky-rocket as well. Everything is so over-priced that it no longer becomes fun to even watch the Sens game. I've spent over $40 within the first hour I was there for the worst food I've ever had in my life. Within the given purchased I received an old-ass crusty poutine from "Smokes Poutinerie", which was disgusting for $10.50! The fries were cold, the gravy was unsettling/tasteless but the cheese curds were alright. I've made purchase of beer nuts for a whopping $5! The bag was so small that it was mostly just a handful of warm nuts. They were good, but just way too small of a bag for the price.. Shame. Don't even get me started on the Beers, soft-drinks and Pizzas. I couldn't even get a decent bite out of this scenery. I had to keep going back and hoping the next purchase was better than the last. What did I learn from my experience? Never to go back, never to invest in another Sens game - especially when they couldn't win a f***ing game! 3-0 lead to end up losing 3-4 to the penguins! NOT Recommended. Spend your money on a better experience! This was the biggest waste of my entire life.
  • Comfy seats and great views - great shows!
