  • With entertainment available in the summer, as well as other times of the year, it is always worth putting on a list of places to go, for any visitor to Ottawa who is interested.  more »
  • I attended a NYR @ Senators playoff game and loved the experience. PROS: Sens fans are very friendly and we had great seats on the blue line at a reasonable price. The stadium food/beer was fresh and ...  more »
  • I have only been to this arena for Sens games. Great atmosphere and not a bad seat in the house! Go Sens Go!  more »

  • For those who have been to the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, this arena seems small in comparison. But that's not a bad thing at all. Was sitting in the level 200 area but felt like I was closer and intimate with the band I saw because of the smaller nature of the building. Don't get me wrong, it's still a big arena, but it was a refreshing change. It was nice inside, the seat were comfortable, although not a lot of leg room. The washrooms were clean, the staff were helpful, and it was nice that there was ample parking just across the street. You do have to pay for the parking, but that's usually the standard for arena parking lots and such. The food selection in the arena was great, they even had a smokes poutinerie. I would come back for a concert here.
  • The security here are absolute scum and don't even deserve to eat out of the City of Ottawa's green bins - me and three friends were going in to a concert on June 27th, 2017, when some primate (Danny with guest relations) began harassing us, claiming one of us was intoxicated (we had a couple drinks each and were not the least bit incoherent). Mind you this is a rock concert, not a boot camp for ISIS recruits. All four of us, including the two girls, were rapidly swarmed by the unprofessional, arrogant and abusive security staff and forced to leave; still trying to get a refund for this sad excuse for a venue.
  • Went there for a concert. The whole experience was like clockwork. From the parking, entrance, to my seat. Smooth. I highly recommend buying your parking passes in advance and looking at the parking map. I found parking lot 5 easier to get into and you can easily find parking close to the one of the main entrances for those coming from out of town. Getting out, just as easy, 20 minutes. Overall, great venue and experience.
  • What an amazing building. I've been to a number of events, from concerts to hockey games, to Disney on Ice and my experience has been exceptional every time. The staff offer excellent service. The building layout is great - there is really not a bad seat in the house. Parking can be hit or miss, but overall I always enjoy my visits!
  • Although it is a little bit of a drive out of the city, this is a great venue. Awesome viewing from almost any seat. Even the balcony seats are great if you get something in the lower levels. The crowd is always into it and the place has a great atmosphere. Parking is easy and getting in and out is a breeze.
