  • I liked the Museum very much but the small restaurant/café was closed. It opens from Friday to Sunday. I wanted to buy a sandwich but the vending machine swallowed me the money without giving me my sandwich. The sandwich was infected and dry. I do not recommend this small café/restaurant. The Museum may mention that it is closed from Monday to Thursday. This is not even written in the site or in the Museum

  • My wife and I were so excited to do our wedding at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum back In August 2018. We went to discuss our wedding plans with the museum manager, and were happy with the venue and the things that she offered us in the beginning. After we had paid the full rental amount as per the contract, they took away some event related equipment that the manager had verbally agreed to have for the wedding. We had to run around last minute to pay other vendors for the items that were required. We also had e-mail communications with the museum's coordinator about our event, but realized lots of disorganization and lack of communication between the staff. Two days after the wedding, the museum charged us $500 security deposit claiming that we made changes to the floor plan on the day of the wedding. We asked our wedding planner about this later and she confirmed to us that when she showed up to the venue, the museum's set up of the tables was not the same as the museum's updated floor plan which was approved by the museum's coordinator prior to the event date. We brought this up to the manager, but were disappointed with her reaction when she claimed that our vendors were aggressive which was not true and does not qualify to have a security deposit charged. After confirming with our wedding planner that this is not true, the manager started pointing fingers at other vendors in the event. The manager did not want to reimburse us for their own mistakes and lack of proper communication between her staff. On the day of the wedding, we were told we cannot use dry ice which was paid for and the manager had verbally agreed on prior to the wedding. Although the venue was nice, my wife and I do not recommend this place for anyone as the service was poor and not trustworthy.
  • Lots of fun and interesting info to be had! Sarah the tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable! 👍 The kids loved all the plane exhibitions. It was well worth the price of admission for a family of five ($42 taxes included) Highly recommended for a family outing.
  • Fantastic museum if you are a fan of aviation! Amazing collection of planes of over 100 years of aviation history. Plenty to explore and learn, family friendly, and the staff are wonderful hosts for special events inside their spacious facilities. This museum is a "must" to see, for locals and tourists alike!
  • If you love aircraft and aerospace, you will love this place. Fun for he whole family. And is also at a functioning airfield. Not to be missed. Last hour of the day is free, but paid parking is required if you take a car. Public Transit is also available.
  • Amazing museum if you like aerospace stuff. Basically a complete history on aviation. From the early days of aviation to space travel. Many aircraft on display and several presentations. The ejection seat presentation is very good. Lots of hands on stuff for the kiddies too. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking. The parking isn't costly it is just annoying to me since you have to pay to get into the museum and it is a government run facility.
