  • Having to give a one star review is extremely generous for my experience at Zara. I could of mistaken the cashiers and girls working at Zara for Sloths, because they were so slow. The girls working th...  more »
  • It’s one of the better malls in the city thanks to the new parking and expansion. With the push towards these urban spawl outdoor malls I’d rather go to Bayshore to shop. The Bay and Walmart are the a...  more »

  • Not a bad mall to visit. One Joy is that it's an actual mall and not a terribly inconvenient "walk around cold" mall. Down side? It's busy. Always busy. It's on the outskirts of downtown Ottawa but people still come here. Use the store directory tap and go things. It helps.
  • I like to visit this mall every weekend. My husband brought me here to shop when I first arrived here in Canada, so this place is very memorable to me. This mall is very convenient too, from hair salon to a grocery store. All in one place. Good place for a quick shopping or even just for a family bonding.
  • Its a great mall! Enjoying the food court and wide variety of stores. During the holiday season they do a meet and greet with Santa and decorate the mall beautifully for a cozy feel. Parking gets crowded, and elevators do too, but the mall overall is great.
  • This mall is huge. Three floors of everything you can think of. There is a LOT of walking in this mall, wear your comfortable shoes! They do have benches and sitting areas all over the place, so you can take a much needed break. The food court was good. You have your usual places, like Timmies and NYC Fries, but thee was also a nice selection of restaurants I had never heard of before. Was a good switch up. As.for the type of stores, there really is a bit of everything, but if you like to shop for women's clothing, you are going to love this mall. I gave it a 4star instead of a 5star because there just weren't enough shops for guys. Other than that, this is one of the better malls I've been in in quite a long time.
  • Plus : big food court, very clean, safe mall. 3 floors of shopping, lots of clothing stores. Inside so you stay warm or cool Minus. Poorly designed parking garage, think mouse maze. Also perhaps a lack of "non fashion guy" stores. Not the best neighbourhood any more.
