  • Absolutely beautiful beach. White sand and no rocks. You can walk out for a fairly long time and the water is still shallow. I recommend Lakeview Park to anyone. Beautiful walk along the nice path from out at the Pier to the other end. Beach volleyball, chip trucks, ice cream and a fantastic play ground and water park for the kids. Men's and women's washrooms and change rooms. Plus many places to sit along the way. Bring the family and have a picnic and full day of sun, sand and fun.
  • Nice place for walking and having lunch. Very well kept, and many places to stop and eat Infront of the water.. A lot of cool events happen here, Ribfest as an example. Enjoyable place for the whole family.
  • Yea sure its a nice beach but FYI there is a NO BBQing rule in effect here?? There souldnt be a BBQ ban in the park.. If anything they should have charol disposal bins around the park to prevent the issues they were having begore the ban... Bluffers park has them and it works.. I will NEVER go back there
  • Sandy Beach, boardwalk, pier, park benches, Climbing frames for children, lots of parking free of charge, little bays formed for calmer waters along the shore, large trees producing shade, Museum, Historic Site, Volley Ball posts for games on the sand. Pergolas, wooden decks, Picnic Areas... This Park is staged and ready for you to come and enjoy an afternoon of fun.
  • Love oshawa lake on a dark gloomy day :) very peaceful!
