Lake Superior Provincial Park, Northeastern Ontario
(4.6/5 based on 160+ reviews on the web)
Lake Superior Provincial Park is set on what is widely considered as one of the largest bodies of fresh water in the world. Explore the park along the northeastern shores of the great lake, affording opportunities for hiking, fishing, canoeing, and camping. Keep your eyes peeled for the larger animals, such as bears, moose, and grey wolf, and be sure to see the Agawa Rock Pictographs, possibly drawn some 400 years ago.
