  • I'm giving JT a 6/5. This is my absolute favourite winery on NOTL having been here twice, both times having a fabulous experience. The building is stunningly modern amongst picturesque vines. Although...  read more »
  • Although we were initially looking to have a proper lunch, we ended up with a pleasant quick snacks (cold cuts, cheese etc) outdoor looking at the vineyard. It was enjoyable and relaxing.
  • The winery offers tours, has tasting rooms as well as a patio where you can order food and sit and enjoy views of the vineyards. A very pleasant way to spend a summer afternoon.
  • I attended a concert in the vineyard. The concert was awesome, the venue and atmosphere can't be beat. I have attended 5 concerts over the year's at Jackson Triggs. This year was the worst experience. I will start off with the extra row of seating that you couldn't see because of the people in front of you. The seats weren't offset and there was only one row like this almost like someone wanted to sell a few extra tickets and hoped no one would complain. Next the some of the server's must have been having a bad night, one girl even rolled her eyes as I asked for token's (she was selling them I'm not sure what the issue was). In fairness a lot of the staff was very helpful and extremely friendly but a few bad apples spoil the bunch sometimes. The next was the cost of a 4oz glass of medium quality (black label) was $7.50 and there was no other option. I think this is a little excessive as they have already collected money from you for your tickets, they make money on the wine sold at retail cost and its there event the advertisement of their wine's should allow for a smaller charge. I was disappointed, I will attend another concert but I will be careful of the seats I choose and I will probably enjoy my wine at a different winery before the event.
  • Had a super day. The facilities are peistine, we enjoyed our tour...our tasting, and the views, wine gardens, and bistro....Definitely we'll be back. Really tempted by the VIP membership...if we were closer we would definitely take up that offer.
  • Unprofessional and terribly rude - not recommended. Here's why; at a business event a few months back, my friend won a "VIP tour for 4 with wine and cheese in the estate room overlooking the vineyard" - it sounded great and thought it would be nice to invite my FiancĂ© and I to join her and her husband as an engagement gift. She also booked a bnb for us to stay in post tour. When we arrived on our scheduled time of 4:30pm; we were told that they had a busy day, and a private event at 5. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that our presence was a nuisance. They informed us that the wine cellar was closed for the function and we could not do tastings. We told them that we had drove from Toronto, and planned our weekend around this tour and that it was pretty disappointing- they responded surprised that we would have booked our weekend around their tour. We couldn't go to the estate room because it was being used for their 5pm function. Throughout our short time there they continued to belittle and lie to us. Overall we left unimpressed with the tour. We will never go there again and have cancelled all Jackson Triggs wine for our wedding.
  • My wife and I are big fans of Jackson-Triggs wine. After a tasting the day before, we opted for a 45 minute tour of the facility - a beautiful building in great surroundings, with a very knowledgable guide - combined with tasting some great wines. Well worth the $5 price tag for the tour and with that you get a $5 discount in the boutique store.
  • First time I went to a winery and it was definitely a positive experience. A shout-out to our guide Kory or Cory ? Sorry if I spelled your name wrong buddy. The ice wine was amazing!!!
