  • Small Waterpark disguised as a bigger one. Our first room #296 was at one end of the hotel and the WI FI couldn't reach. Called the front desk about the issue and was told that the technician was gone for the day and didn't offer any compensation. Consequently I ask to change room and thay said there was no room available for the night. After insisting, a room suddenly became available #110. We moved our stuff in and discovered that the bathroom wasn't cleaned, toothpaste in the sink bath was gross etc.... At that point we gave up and just decided to live with it. When it was time for bed at aroud 10 pm, we realized that could ear everyting from the hallway. Kids talking, laughing, running even staff with portable radios communicating until midnight........No soundproofing, it was like people were in our room. Never again!
  • If you've already booked and paid for your trip, don't read the reviews, lower your expectations and have fun. If you thinking about this place, this is my experience. The price is about a third of Great Wolf Lodge, but so is the size of the water park and therefore not much to do. The water park is nothing more than a glorified community pool. Be prepared, there is one big tube slide, one small slide no tubes and a baby slide, like the ones you find in a playground. The pool area periodically turns on the machine creating waves, hence the name. The change rooms are disgusting. The arcade is a joke with about half the games not working. I will never go again and strongly advise others to stay away.
  • The water is insanely chlorinated. Like other visitors who rated the place, I too ruined 2 bathings suits (mine literally had the fabric gone - i realized it was see-through when I changed). The waves pool only had waves once during the 4 hours spent there. The title "Water Park" is also exaggerated; it's just a glass house with 2 slides and 2 puddles. Will never go there again.
  • What a freaking blast and what a great price. Didn't eat there but WOW the food people had was amazing looking and will make sure we eat next time. Great water options, the kids love it like crazy and is so much fun for evryone else too. Only drawback are the annoying coin access lockers.
  • SO MUCH CHLORINE. I know that the water has to be clean for so much people. I couldn't even open my eyes after i swam. The chlorine made my eyes full red. It was fun still but might wanna wear goggles or something.
