  • Although it is a little pricey, this haunted house had plenty of good scares. It is very dark and has some steps that could cause a fall. It took a good 15-20 minutes to get through the haunted house,...  more »

  • I cannot rate this based on the 'scariness' because I did not get that far. However, you should definitely talk to and or replace your person who works the booth aka the old lady with copper colored hair. If you don't read this whole review, here is the short version: THIS PLACE SUCKS. A man gave me a combo ticket because he noticed us looking at this place. He said we'd get one admission free because he decided he didn't want to go. Awesome! Thanks ! I got up to the front and gave the woman the ticket, she stared blankly at me. I said "hi..this is a combo ticket?" She again just kind of stared at me so I asked "what does this mean?" Thinking that she had no idea..she said "it's a combo ticket" ........ i said "uh huh...well a guy just gave me this to use so.. do we get an admission with it?" She IMMEDIATELY said "Oh no...if you didn't buy it you can't use it. It's 12.25 (or whatever) each" as if she was expecting us to pay up after being so F'ING rude. Is this how you treat people? You look at me like I have an extra thumb when you know full well what I'm presenting to you and when I tell you someone gave it to me you immediately know what you're talking about again just to refuse me? Why does it matter where I got it? It was bought and paid for. I didnt know you could make up your own life rules and apply them to strangers on the street. Funny! What a greedy crappy person and we of course did NOT go in. It took all of what I had in me to not tell her off. So..you missed out on 3 extra admissions for refusing one. Good job AWFUL SERVICE.
  • It was absolutely horrendous. I had to pay $34.26 in hopes of getting my bottom blown out of my trousers, and a must needed bowlel cleansing, instead I was given an experience I hope to forget. My 2 guests and I were expecting an astonishing experience in your haunted house but all we got was rubbish. We were assigned to go with another group of about 5 who were completely freaking me out. By my guest opening a perfectly calm and normal door to enter the haunted house, the one girl screamed and grabbed my other guest in a very unwanted way. At this point I knew my experience was going to be redonkulous. After getting the business my guest could not experience at his full attention as he was distracted by the business he had just received. I was not scared at all and almost tore my ACL on a random drop in the middle of the FREAKING "haunted house". Statues blocking the pathway almost caught "these hands" as I crashed into them. Who put those there? Who thought "hey let's put rock hard statues in the middle of the way people walk and make it pitch dark so they can't see it until they knock themselves out with it." At one point I was leading the train of 9 or so first time experiencers, when suddenly I look up and see, not a path but a dead end. I was imeddiately confused at the fact someone put a dead end in this house. By telling the squad they were also confused at the poor judgement to add these feature. We turned around but now I was the caboose of this train, which definitely limited my experience to a minimum. Chains and "spider webs" constantly tickled my torso in an unpleasant way and air coming from the sides blowing on my tush were unneeded. My one buddy walked into a mirror. I guess they were trying to remind you to also pay for the hallway of mirrors located right beside the haunted house, just in case you forgot about when the cashier was shoving the haunted house-hallway of mirrors deluxe package while trying to get into the house. At the end of this journey I expected to be haunted and scared of ghosts giving me the business, but instead all my guests and I got was tickling from another client, unwanted abuse from chains and "cobwebs", an almost toren ACL, and a very grumpy attitude. 1 STAR!!:(
  • Absolutely amazing. My daughter got scared and wanted out as soon as I asked for help they were right there to help us out. Made my daughter feel much better.
  • Haunted house, very dark feel your way through type deal. Kids inside jump out at you. Meh.
  • Beside the fact that it was very dark sometimes, that was the only thing scary. There's was one actor in the entire haunted house and the "props" we're ok. Too expensive !! The lady in front said it would takes 15-20 minutes when it would take 5. Very disappointed.
