3.6/5 based on 550+ reviews on the web
Stay calm and take it one step at a time to make it to the end of Nightmares Fear Factory, a haunted house attraction. Housed in what was allegedly once a coffin factory, where the owner was killed by a stack of coffins falling on him, the experience takes around 20 minutes from beginning to end. Actors in costume scare you as you walk through the house, jumping out and screaming, or speaking in creepy voices. You are given a safety word at the start, but if you use it and get taken out, you will be added to the "chicken list" and have to leave down the "chicken line," a pathway of public humiliation. Children under 6, pregnant women, wheelchair users, and those with a heart condition cannot enter the haunted house. • While I found it more disorienting than frightening, my husband and I both had racing hearts by the time we reached the exit. If you like being startled, definitely check it out.
  • Went to this attraction while in Niagara Falls and left very disappointed. It's advertised to be the best haunted house in NF on tripadvisor and even claims that over 100,000 people have chickened out...  read more »
  • I went years ago now but I still can't wait to go back! It's pitch black. So much so that you cannot see your hand in front of your face! Line up the lights and try not to pee yourself. Absolutely the best haunted anything I've ever been to!
  • Very entertainingly spooky. I went with my brothers and while we were waiting, a teenager came out of the entry door crying, that got us very nervous. We were very nervous at the start but we started enjoying it as it progressed. I was surprised to know that the actors inside actually physically touch. Nothing aggressive, just light touching.
  • My second time in Niagara and the first thing I want to do is nightmares fear factory ,the best haunt I've been to,very scary and well worth the money. A little different each time you go this time they touch you so that adds to the scares I wasn't expecting it. Any one who likes haunts gotta get to niagara and go to nightmares if you dare.
  • Awesome fun. Not for the feint hearted. Worth going to. Best haunted house ive been too. Plus i made it to the end woo hoo. Others didnt.
  • Imagine a pitch dark hallway where you have to follow red glowing dots while there are people are trying to scare you with flashes of light and screams. At one point a fake car will jump out at you and a picture of you will be taken which can be later on be purchased. Didn't really enjoy it, mostly just jump scares. Also tickets were a bit expensive (15$ each) for just a 10 minute walk.
