  • The park is really fun, i come here almost every summer. The slides are fun and safe. The only problem i have with this park is how crowded the line can get. Every time i wait in the line, someone is either pushing me or grabbing me. Honestly it was just uncomfortable. They should make everyone feel safe and welcomed, rather than uncomfortable in a line of 150 people. Overall the park is very fun to attend, especially when you go to skyline inn, because there is a bridge across from the waterpark.☺
  • We love this park. The fact that it is indoor is great. It is clean. Staff is generally friendly. Slides are fun. We had fun!
  • Terrible. I spent 10 hours driving to Niagara Falls, in Canada. So, that took a long time. Tolls, passport stress, gas, security, everything. We wanted to take a break, so we decided rent a room in Embassy Suites, Fallsview, by Hilton, and the hotel was great, we paid like $200 extra for the waterpark package. Bad decision. It took ages to find a parking space, then we found the one for the actual waterpark, valet parking for $30. That's all fine, but then when we went in, we got our stuff down on a chair, and we went to the wave pool for five minutes. When we came back to the chair our stuff was stolen. Our bag which had our clothes in it was taken. Forget the clothes, we had a phone in the bag, and that was stolen too. They didn't convince us to buy a locker or explain the security of it, they said, "Do you want a locker for $30?" We asked about it, they didn't really explain anything. Talked to the manager, he said there's nothing we can do. No refund. We also noticed that some of the cleaning employees were walking around the chairs, especially ours. Fixing the chair positions, when they were perfectly fine, I don't even think they're allowed to do that. I'm just saying, watch out. Our stuff was most probably stolen by one of those employees "fixing the chair positions". Please watch out and stay safe.
  • We had a great time here with our young kids, lots of rides, the lines were not too long and staff was attentive with warm towels, it was very spacious and lots of fun. We will come back here again.
  • Amazing waterpark built on top of a parking garage. Great use of the space, lots to do 4 tube slides, 2 body slides, 2 mat slides, a wave pool, kiddie splash pad, and the big bucket play thing with more slides. No concrete anywhere, the floor is rubber. The food is reasonably priced but is served cold. And views of the falls!
