  • Lovely botanical gardens just 10 minutes from the falls. Almost 100 acres of gardens and woods. Come through the different seasons to see rhododendrons, azaleas, bulbs and roses (over 2,400 roses). They also offer horse-drawn carriage rides in the summer. And best of all it's free (but parking nearby is $5). A lovely way to spend an afternoon.
  • What a beautiful place to spend the afternoon very peaceful. Parking is 5.00 which I don't think is to bad considering the garden is free. Please note does not include butterfly conservatory which does have an entrance fee.
  • Nice and peaceful walk. The garden is clean and properly maintained. There isn't anything spectacular to see here, but it is a nice way place to hang out and chill.
  • Butterfly Conservatory was amazing. Gardens were so-so, but we might be too early in the season for them to be at their best (early June).
  • Because the Botanical Gardens is right beside the Butterfly Conservatory half the family went to see the butterflies ($15) and the other half visited the botanicals (because it's free). It is a large garden, the restaurant they have there is too pricy, but the garden had some decent flower exhibits. I wasn't blown away as I would be with some botanicals and I was hoping the part in the middle with large hedges was a garden maze, but it wasn't. Frown face :(.
