Nature / Park
Enjoy the tranquil surroundings as you take a stroll around Fairy Lake Park. The park's main feature, a man-made lake, has water cascading off the end, creating a small waterfall. It is also home to ducks and Canadian Geese. Around the lake, find a walking trail, stone chess table, bridges passing over the water, a children's play area, and picnic-worthy covered pavilions. Put Fairy Lake Park into our Newmarket vacation builder and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • Nice place to take a stroll. Located conveniently next to main street newmarket so you can take a stroll along mainstreet as well or visit mainstreet for a quick bite after/before taking a walk. Large playground structure for kids to enjoy as well.
  • Great naturesque park around a small lake used by ducks, geese, frogs and where the Nokiidaa trails meet historic Main Street.
  • Love it, something for everyone, biking, nice walk or taking kids to the park. It's a great area.
  • Always love walking through here with my kids. The park is well maintained and the trails are beautiful.
  • Well kept. But needs better cleaning from goose droppings. But it is a really nice place to relax.
