Nature / Park
Take some time off from the usual tourist trappings with a leisurely stroll around Neck Point Park, a waterfront park of abundant natural beauty. Named after the igneous rock that is connected at lower tides to the rest of the park, the area is home to sea lions and orcas--who occasionally pass by the eponymous strip of rock. Explore beaches, rocky coves, forests, and excellent trails, and bring a camera to capture the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and snowcapped mountain vista. • A nice place for a walk. Beautiful beaches and scenery. The path around the park gives a lot of different views of the ocean. There are little pixie / faerie houses on the trees along the forest path to entertain kids.
  • A beautiful park to walk in the bank of Pacific Ocean. Can easily go down to touch sea water
  • Lived next to neck point for the first 14 years of my life, you never get tired of its trails and scenery. Gorgeous year round, and even on the nastiest of days, the shelter of the trees keep the paths mild. No matter if it's extremely busy or deserted, it's always a beautiful and serene place to be
  • Don't come here. Its too good to be spoiled by too many people. Go to pipers. Thanks
  • Stunning park. Well marked trails so theres no chance of getting lost. Outhouses need more upkeep but amazing view of the mountains.
