  • There is a pretty cool coal mine display. Also a very interesting indigenous people display
  • The Bastion and why was it built.Some miss guided advice about the fierce Indians that were supposed to attack the white man.Those Indians didn't fall for the poor advice that they were fierce nor did they intend to even bother attacking.This part of Nanaimo's history isn't mentioned that much about our neighbours and should be taught in the local schools.
  • A small local museum that is packed with information. I hope they keep investing money into it, and i would love to see it grow over the years to come
