The cultural diversity of Montreal meet here, rich. UQAM is divided into several buildings at the corner of Berri and Sainte-Catherine, if the main building which is interesting, with its grand hall of the 1970s, combining wood and steels for a space where meet and intersect the students. Not essential, but if you pass nearby, a few minutes will give you another vision of the city cosmopiloite.

Essential in North America, the most French of Canadian cities and also the more Americanized but not excessive to keep his European soul... Megalopolis in the wide avenues or many choice both spiritual, cultural land... Canada, these are 10 provinces and 3 territories, spread over a huge area. Canada, it is also water, lots of water, the country concentrates about 60% of the lakes in the world me I advice to travellers still students choose the Canada and particularly if you are studying in France and wish to study in the Canada? From University Laval, in Quebec City, you could get one of our world-renowned graduates I know it through encounter of young French students who reside in Montreal but look at the pictures of this beautiful country magical and welcoming warm

Avoid this school. Wasting a lot of money to boost the statistics of educated people in the province by having lots of useless programs. This university has open door, so it's full of losers.

Where to stay in Montreal

If beautiful architecture and views over the water appeal, stay in the historic neighborhood of Vieux Montreal (Old Montreal), where you'll be a stone's throw from the best attractions in the city. If modern convenience is more important to you, look for accommodations in the downtown neighborhood of Centre-Ville, or head a bit farther out to the artsy district of Plateau Mont-Royal. LGBTI visitors might want to consider staying in The Village, Montreal's famously progressive hub of gay and lesbian culture.
