  • I love museums, this is my weakness. I can spend hours exploring Istria different places, discover something newer for yourself each time. This museum is very replete with historical exhibits, facts about the life and development of Canada as a whole. Very many cards. I read them pretty bad, but my husband understands. It took almost an hour. Generally very recommend to visit here. Useful and interesting.

  • This museum is one of Montreal's best-kept secrets! Located on the island of Ste-Hélène, it holds treasures of America and Quebec history. We have arranged a tour of 30 people and all have greatly like the great knowledge of our historians guides!

  • In a former arsenal, on three floors, the history of the region. On the 3rd, original presentation of the cabinets of curiosity: in a long hallway, the visitor is invited to open many doors to discover small treasures.

  • Such a nice place. There were few people there when we went which was nice. But the staff was very well informed and genuine about their love for history.
  • Nice place. Felt more like a collection of random things than a museum
  • Love this place... If you love Quebec and Montreal history you will enjoy this museum! Do miss the live shows...
  • nice place to discover about Montreal's history; also nice views
  • Nice little museum with really interesting artifacts and a good time line of Montreal.
