  • Great museum, off the beaten path, really should be seen Expo 67 exhibit terrific. You can take the metro then walk about 1 Km. Excellent exhibit describing the founding of Montreal in the early years...  more »
  • We read about the Expo 67 exhibit at the Stewart Museum in the daily newspaper - it began in late April right around the time of our trip. We thought the exhibit was very well done. The video from the...  more »

  • Excellent museum in a historic structure. Exhibition spaces are very nice, and the Expo67 exhibition is excellent. Available walking tours are worth it. Small gift shop area, but with reasonably priced items that you can't find elsewhere.
  • This is a fun, pleasant small museum. It's clean, well lit and well laid out, and VERY family friendly. We went on a weekday in winter, so it was also very quiet. Saw the 'Curiosities' and 'Old Fashioned Games' exhibits, both of which were interesting. Our two-year old had a pretty good time, but a 6-12 year old would really have a blast here.
  • Excellent exhibit about Expo67, with VR experience and lots of videos. Not to be missed!!!
  • This was nice history museum to check out during the winter holidays. It was not too busy and you can see all the different exhibits without it using up a lot of your day.
  • Such a nice place. There were few people there when we went which was nice. But the staff was very well informed and genuine about their love for history.
