Grévin Montréal, Montreal

(4/5 based on 340+ reviews on the web)
Experience lifelike representations of figures important to Canadian history and culture as well as international figures when you visit Grévin Montréal. Opened in 2013, the museum acts as an extension of the Paris museum of the same name. The museum houses more than 100 wax figures with plans to continuously add more. Marvel at the likeness in wax of figures like Celine Dion, Albert Einstein, Leonardo DiCaprio, and more. Do not miss the interactive exhibit that shows you what you would look like as a wax figure, too. Grévin Montréal is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our international travel planner, Montreal Edition.

  • Too expensive for the museum size, some os caracteres do not match with the real person. One floor is for Canadians and another one has international celebrities.  more »

  • Very nice Museum. Several artists and the statues come to scare because they are perfect! Many times I thought it was a person standing, but it was just the sculpture! I just thought a little weak because it has so many famous as Madame Tussauds, but super recommend

  • Where: Grévin Montréal - Montreal, Quebec What: A wax museum in the Eaton centre. How was it: They do a good job of advertising the place, even though they are located on the very top floor (almost hidden) in the Eaton Centre. It was a fun experience but expensive so a one time thing for us. We're not big on museum type outings but we enjoyed ourselves. They have many famous people as well as Quebec born celebrities. Grade: Eli = 4, Serge = 3.5 Recommend: It's nice to check out. The museum is expensive and so is the gift shop / restaurant.
  • Go and see the celebrity's close up. Take pictures with them. While you're there be part of one of their many exibits in the Espace Grevin room. Worth at least one visit.
  • Grevin Museum is definitely a place you MUST visit in Montreal. It feels amazing to see great people's waxed figures and it feels amazing to be next to them. The entrance is also very charming and it's absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this location because of extremely friendly people, nice interior and an amazing experience with an unbelievable great value.
  • A wonderful place for a family visit. only that impolite long security guy who is kept yelling in the visitors to go to exit door when it came to 6 O'clock !!! We were going to Freeze, so we weren't hearing his stupid yelling.
  • The main wax exposition is nice and fun, but don't bother going there for the Mario & Friends, it's not worth it : there are only a few video game stations (Wii U and DS) where you can play some of the game with some information panels about various characters in the Mario universe.
