  • The Store kept my wife busy for at least an hour, which makes her happy. They at least had some seats at the change rooms. All and all cool store reminds me of commercial drive in Vancouver.  more »
  • Read a lot about this store so while in Montreal we had to find it, so we did and spent some time looking around, we were welcomed with homemade Lemonade, a nice touch, it is a large place with a few ...  more »
  • Not only this thrift store offer you hidden treasures, but a visual experience out of the ordinary. The decoration and the hundreds of objects you suffer or wake up senses that you know more. Without stopping, you find clothing of all styles, many times for different occasion. Beware, the quality of a tissue has no age and only lovers know see. In addition, it serves excellent cafes and "snack" House to enjoy in an inner terrace quite romantic. The clothes are so affordable. Take two hours to have fun and imagine P.s.: tipping is forbidden, according to the values of the owners.

  • I have to admit since I’m not vegetarian I went with a friend of mine there all the food that I’ve tried was really really good and more than fairly priced don’t let Sonia add a little spice twist to it was very very good the black forest cookies I don’t know if they’re call like that but they were out of this world and the police actually pretty cool to gives you a vintage feeling as soon as you enter the place don’t mind the look of the building from the outside As it is totally worth it to enter it thank you guys will be back for sure
  • Really fun and well organised shop. The staff is really friendly an helpful. Every so often they have mini events with local artists.
  • Not wheelchair acessible. Can bring in items to trade for store credit or donation. No longer buys clothing. Call ahead of time to get priority. Shop is packed but pleasant, you can use your store credit to buy their yummy snacks and drinks as well as clothes! Wide selection of clothing and vintage items.
  • One of my favorite places while living there. A 3 story thrift shop with a vintage and homemade vibe. An old building adapted; has a terrace on every floor. Lunch options of a beverage, soup, lunch and dessert for $10. My favorites choco biscuits, samosas and a coffee (for $1 each). Usually grabbed 2 on the go. Superb!
  • The music upstairs is always WAY too loud. Though I am not a fan of all the confusing new changes made over the years, its still occasionally a fun place to "treasure hunt". And the food isn't bad, for take out. Maybe I am just getting old.

Where to stay in Montreal

If beautiful architecture and views over the water appeal, stay in the historic neighborhood of Vieux Montreal (Old Montreal), where you'll be a stone's throw from the best attractions in the city. If modern convenience is more important to you, look for accommodations in the downtown neighborhood of Centre-Ville, or head a bit farther out to the artsy district of Plateau Mont-Royal. LGBTI visitors might want to consider staying in The Village, Montreal's famously progressive hub of gay and lesbian culture.
