  • It is a huge Mall that connects with other shopping centers, all underground, can be accessed through the McGill metro station. You'll find shops and restaurants, it is a part of the underground city called RESO.

  • We went as a family: the underground mall where each party with tunnels is really impressive. There are plenty of shops with any kind of price. There is also the short food where dishes from all over the world for very reasonable prices. Do not miss when you are in Montreal. A must-go!

  • We visited the Center in December. It was crowded since outside temperature was -25 C. It was kind of a labyrinth but most of the well known shops are there (if you can find them). The height of the f...  more »

  • I love the Eaton centre because it's been my go to mall when I was in college. They keep it modern which is nice, but I miss the ghetto little cinema on the fourth floor. Other than that they have a lot of popular stores Nd the food court is more than decent.
  • The last remaining remains of the big Eaton's chain in Canada. The Eaton's shopping mall, includes literally hundreds of small and large resellers. One stop for just about anything. It also features easy access the Montreal's underground connected walkways. So, access to the metro / subway, Montreal trust shopping centre, Central Station, "think trains ", Place Ville Marie, an upscale mall as well as the Bus Terminal is easy. There are Food courts everywhere. Cinema. Yes And So... regardless of the weather outside , you can always take a walk, grab a bite, watch a flick. Or just chill, inside. Enjoy! ):
  • Great food court. Very busy and lively and lots of choices. Regarding the stores, I found it really hard to tell where this mall started and the next malls began. In fact, I think we got a bit lost as we wandered around. Lots to see...lots of little shops. I could see how a person might spend an entire day exploring Montreal's underground city.
  • Great place to shop. All the big stores easily accessible without ever having to go outside. Public transportation is connected so you don't even need to worry about driving. If you do drive there is paid parking.
  • Huge mall, most of which is underground. Convenient for winter days when it doesn't get above 0 degrees F. Enormous food court, wide selection of stores. Definitely on the higher end of malls.

Where to stay in Montreal

If beautiful architecture and views over the water appeal, stay in the historic neighborhood of Vieux Montreal (Old Montreal), where you'll be a stone's throw from the best attractions in the city. If modern convenience is more important to you, look for accommodations in the downtown neighborhood of Centre-Ville, or head a bit farther out to the artsy district of Plateau Mont-Royal. LGBTI visitors might want to consider staying in The Village, Montreal's famously progressive hub of gay and lesbian culture.
