This place is HUGE! Ideal for a bike ride or a long walk. The park is composed of 4 habitats. It is truly a oasis for the mind.

Scenery is not very Nature'ish. Paved paths and paths going under highway bridge. Not very scenic.

Where to stay in Montreal

If beautiful architecture and views over the water appeal, stay in the historic neighborhood of Vieux Montreal (Old Montreal), where you'll be a stone's throw from the best attractions in the city. If modern convenience is more important to you, look for accommodations in the downtown neighborhood of Centre-Ville, or head a bit farther out to the artsy district of Plateau Mont-Royal. LGBTI visitors might want to consider staying in The Village, Montreal's famously progressive hub of gay and lesbian culture.
