  • The course was in good shape, although it seemed it was over-watered. I had to ask if it had rained the night before - although I did not think it had. The track was very hilly with many dips and blin...  more »
  • Played here late in the day so that we wouldn't get stuck behind a bunch of other players. We were told there was no one ahead of us and off we went. 2 holes later we ran into others and had to wait. ...  more »
  • Very well kept ground. A few exceptionally high holes, great challenges. The employees are very professional and smiling. Golf club A try...

  • A friend recommended the course. Played on August 4th 2016. It took 5h30 to play. Design is nice (mountains/forest - S. Thompson 1929). Greens were very slow compared to other high-end golf courses (Stimpmeter measure was probably between 6 and 8). Several patches of burnt grass on each hole. Woods are not clean at all. IMO the course needs some investment (pathway, bunkers, practice range). Paid 50$ + tx through Can-Am golf.
  • Just over one hour from Montreal. This course wasn't easy but the breathtaking landscape and impressive layout make this course an absolute treasure. Any golfer will remember playing here. We went to the Fairmont after for a beer. 1 hour free parking for anyone. Well worth the small detour on our way back. Truly remarkable.
  • The largest and most luxurious lodge ever been built. If you come to Canada, you have to experience the Fairmont Montebello. Choose the suite with your own hot tube in it. Absolutely top service, unlike the Fairmont Banff which is under construction and terrible noises everyday :(
  • Older course tucked in the woods and hillside overlooking river. Great layout, great course overall. Worth the drive from Ottawa for a round. Carts included in price.
  • Beautiful setting. The course isn't in the best shape. The bunkers are in need of serious rehab.
