For entertainment near the Magnetic Hill area, visit Casino New Brunswick. Established in 2010, the casino offers gambling, fine dining, live entertainment, and accommodations. Try your luck at the numerous slot machines, participate in a round of poker, or have some fun at the gaming tables, playing craps, roulette, or baccarat. Get a drink at the pub, enjoy the different buffets each day of the week, or catch a live performance. Plan my trip to Moncton with suggested itineraries provided by Inspirock.

  • I stayed at the hotel overnight with my family, check in was quick and easy and they provided a playpen for my daughter. We went to the casino side for a few hours and enjoyed a strawberry daiquiri and a live band, followed by a little bit of gambling. The beds were very comfortable and the noise levels were low. We checked out the next morning around 8:30. All in all, a very positive experience.
  • Very classy, professional, luxury hotel that was clean up to date, comfortable with rooms being sizeable with large bathrooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful in every aspect of their jobs going above and beyond, food is amazing, casino staff are fun & relaxed making the experience most enjoyable. 5/5
  • Best buffet in town. We went for there surf and turf night and it was amazing. It gets very busy but the quality and the amount of food available was stellar.
  • The only casino around but it is a nice night out. Lots of room and and never feels too cramped or crowded. Also the players club and buffet/restaurant on site are a nice distraction too. Staff is friendly and accomodating most of the time and the coffee and soda available on tap on the floor is also a nice perk.
  • The location is great, right off the highway. Lots of different slits, one cent, two cent, nickel, quarter. Staff are helpful and friendly. Its very wheelchair friendly, which is great. I always have a great time when I visit.

Where to stay in Moncton

The center of the city remains the most popular place to stay, with the appropriately named Main Street offering the best selection of hotels. Using this area as your base, you'll be just a stone's throw from the water, the pleasant Riverfront Park, and the city's main train station. For a more budget-friendly option, look to the motels a few blocks back from the water, along St. George Street. If you're just passing through, consider staying at one of the chain hotels near the airport, to the east of the city.
