  • I am not a fan of gambling or casinos so my review may not be too objective. The Moncton Casino includes a hotel, restaurant, casino and entertainment centre. The casino is typical of most casinos dur...  more »
  • Ate at the buffet, lots of food but nothing special. The price is cheap with beverage and dessert. Staff is pretty attentive and remove plates quickly.  more »

  • Everytime we go to the Casino we have a poor experience with the security staff. They make you feel like you've done something wrong. When we arrived tonight we both walked up the the counter and my wife was on my side. We both passed our id's to the guard and he kept telling my wife "Stand over here!" In an aggressive authoritative manner. He must have said it like 3 times. We had no idea what he meant as we were both at the counter. It seems as though this man felt powerful by telling my wife that he'd like her to stand a few feet to the left. I was infuriated that he would speak to her like that. The security is often the first point of contact when you enter the casino. I have no idea why they don't have formal training on how to greet guests. I understand that checking I'D is essential but being friendly and hospitable isn't too much to ask.
  • I've been to the Casino New Brunswick quite a few times. The rooms are always clean, large bathrooms. The staff at the spa are friendly and helpful. The buffets are amazing, and a great price. The pub has large portions of delicious food at a very reasonable price.
  • Service was good. There was a wait time of an hour to get into the buffet, so we decided to try the restaurant instead. After waiting 20 minutes or so we were seated and served quickly. The food was very good with a reasonable wait time.
  • I travel quite a bit for business and rarely have I seen a room as big as the rooms at the Hotel Casino NB. My favorite aspect of this was the walk in shower. The room was clean and had all the amenities I usually look for, fast wifi and iron/ironing board in particular. The staff are nice and helpful. It was nice to have a couple dining options on property and many fast food alternatives close by.
  • Went to the seafood buffet. I wish they would go back to serving crab by staff. The quality of the crab was much better. When it is served the first person gets good crab and then the rest of the customers get odd pieces but never a full set of crab legs. They also stay hotter when served by staff. I have been three times since the switch and have not been satisfied.
